When you enquire, we collect your name, contact details, vehicle details, service interest, preferred reply method and message. We also receive any photos or further information you choose to send by email or WhatsApp. Please only send information relevant to your enquiry.

We use your details to respond, check suitable options, prepare a quote and arrange work you request. This includes steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. We also use technical request information to protect the website and manage spam, in our legitimate interests in running a reliable enquiry service.
Who receives an enquiry
Enquiries are available to DH Styling and TwinScroll, which provides the managed website and enquiry system. Notification emails go to DH Styling and TwinScroll support. Our hosting, website protection and email providers process information needed to provide those services.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry information while responding and arranging work, and for related business records, customer queries or legal obligations. The period depends on the enquiry, whether work goes ahead and the records involved. Contact us if you want to ask about a particular record or request its removal.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use or receive a copy in a portable format. Website storage and external services
The main website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Website protection services may use information needed to keep the site secure. The remapping checker loads vehicle data from Bensky when you choose to open it. Bensky, the separate DH Styling shop, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps have their own privacy and cookie policies. Those providers may process information outside the UK.
Your choice
Using the enquiry form is optional. We need the requested contact and vehicle details to respond usefully, but you can call, email or WhatsApp us instead. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.
